ROH Summer Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

  1. Promoter Details the Promoter refers to ROH Wheels (ABN: 71 007 521 280), with the Instagram handle @roh_wheels.
  2. Prize Details

     Major Prize (Approximate value: $4,370): 

  • ROH Wheels (Approximate value: $1,540): Set of 4 ROH Wheels (Any current Alloy selections, excluding ‘Hybridlock Wheels’). 
  • Predator Tyres Australia (Approximate value: $1,280): Set of 4 Predator Tyres X-AT All-Terrain (sizing of the winner’s choice). 
  • YETI Australia (Approximate value: $450): YETI Tundra® 45 Hard Cooler Charcoal. 
  • Barkin Boards (Approximate value: $550): Barkin Boards Mastiff Mal 6’6″ Surfboard (Red). 
  • Pirate Life Brewing (Approximate value: $550): 10 cases of Pirate Life South Coast Pale Ale. 
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion begins at 16:00 ACDT on 28th January 2025 and ends at 14:00 ACDT on 18th February 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time. 
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to Australian residents and citizens only, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory due to local regulations. 
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. 
  • Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are ineligible. 
  1. Entry Requirements
  • Each participant must enter the competition by liking and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @roh_wheels and following all participating giveaway brands including @roh_wheels @predatortyres.au @yeti_au @barkinboards @piratelifebeer. This will then give them the chance to win the prize. 
  • Unlimited entries are allowed but different accounts must be tagged to be considered a valid entry. 
  • By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. 
  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be used to enable fulfilment of the Prize. 
  1. Selection Process
  • The winner will be chosen randomly on 18th February 2025 at 14:00 ACDT in Adelaide, South Australia, by randomly selecting a winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random Instagram Picker Tool. 
  • A primary winner will be selected, with additional reserve entries drawn for backup. 
  • Entrants suspected of using botting, automation, or other artificial methods will be disqualified. This decision is final and will be made by The Promotor. 
  1. Verification Requirements
  • Winners must provide proof of age and residency (e.g., passport or driver’s license). 
  1. Prize Restrictions
  • The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value. 
  1. Notification and Publication
  • The winner will be announced on 18th February 2025 at 16:00 ACDT via an Instagram Story on @roh_wheels account and an edit update of the main giveaway post caption on @roh_wheels account. 
  • The Winner will also be notified via Instagram direct message within two business days of the draw from @roh_wheels. 
  • By entering, participants agree to the Promotor choosing to publicise their username and name for promotional purposes, in compliance with Australian privacy laws. 
  1. Claiming the Prize
  • The winner must claim their prize by 14:00 ACDT on 21st February 2025. Failure to do so will result in a reserve winner being selected. 
  1. Liability
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of receipt of entries. 
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, or otherwise invalid. 
  • The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prize. 
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. 
  1. Disqualification
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is suspected of breaking the terms or using unfair means. 
  1. Final Decision
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. Instagram Disclaimers
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility associated with the giveaway. 
  1. Miscellaneous
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
