ROH Wheels is excited to launch the LITEFORGED Series , a brand-new range of 4×4 flow formed wheels engineered to deliver high load strength without the weight. Purpose-built for modern off-road vehicles, each wheel offers a 1500kg load rating in a lightweight design.
“Our focus was on creating a performance-driven series that’s both lightweight and high load-rated, designed to meet the demanding standards we’ve set across the ROH range,” said Adam Gwinnett, Managing Director at ROH Wheels.
Three Designs. One Standard of Performance
The LITEFORGED Series brings three distinct wheel designs, all built on the same flow-formed technology that balances strength and lightweight performance.
Apollo keeps things minimalistic and clean with a sharp, open-spoke design. It’s built for those who want a straightforward, performance-focused wheel without unnecessary flair.
Arc adds a street-inspired edge with its directional, dynamic spoke pattern. It delivers modern styling while maintaining the toughness needed for serious off-road use.
Lotus features a bold mesh-style layout, combining detailed aesthetics with structural strength. It’s for drivers who want a bit more visual impact but don’t want to compromise on durability.
How does Flow Forming work?
The flow formed process begins with casting the wheel into its basic shape, including the face and outer lip. The barrel is then heated to allow for shaping and hydraulic rollers apply pressure as the wheel spins, forcing the aluminium to flow into the tooling shape, increasing tensile strength. Once the desired width and shape are achieved, the rear lip is added completing the process and resulting in a wheel with increased strength, high 1500kg load rating, and noticeably reduced weight.

The LITEFORGED Series is available in 6×139.7 fitments, with the following size and offsets:
- 17×9 (+12, +40)
- 18×9 (+12, +25, +40)
Perfectly suited for modern 4×4 vehicles like the Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X, Ford Ranger, Mazda BT-50, Prado 250 Series, 300 Series Land Cruiser, Volkswagen Amarok, Y62 Patrol, Mitsubishi Triton, and the topical BYD Shark 6.

“We listened to feedback of our supporters who wanted more modern styled designs and created the LITEFORGED series to meet this demand,” said ROH Marketing Manager Alex Hristopoulos.
“We saw a growing interest in clean lip designs to match the sleek styling of modern 4×4 vehicles, moving away from an imitation beadlock look, so that was the key focus when designing this new LITEFORGED Series.”
